PREAMBLE: IRREVOCABLE DIGITAL CONSENT
Welcome to Bizoso Consulta. By accessing our global portal, registering an account, or remitting payment for any of our services, you (the "Client") are entering into a legally binding commercial agreement with Bizoso Consulta (the "Company"). This document defines our exact operational boundaries. If you do not agree with our strict no-refund policy, our limitation of liability, or our corporate rules, please do not utilize our digital infrastructure.
1. CORPORATE IDENTITY & EXPLICIT DISCLAIMER OF LEGAL REPRESENTATION
Bizoso Consulta operates exclusively in the private sector. We are a premium administrative facilitation firm, a corporate B2B service provider, and a documentation management agency. We are not a law firm, we are not a government agency, and we do not practice law in any jurisdiction.
- No Attorney-Client Privilege or Fiduciary Legal Duty: The Client explicitly acknowledges that retaining Bizoso Consulta strictly establishes a commercial, administrative service contract. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, nor does it establish a fiduciary legal duty between the Client and the Company.
- Prohibition of Legal & Tax Counsel: Bizoso Consulta does not provide legal advice, tax forecasting, accounting services, or immigration legal strategy. We cannot interpret the law for you, nor can we represent you in any formal legal proceeding, court of law, tax audit, or immigration tribunal.
- Staff Communications are Not Legal Directives: The Client agrees that any communications, emails, portal messages, or verbal discussions with Bizoso Consulta case managers are provided strictly for general administrative guidance. Even if a case manager provides an opinion on a corporate structure or a visa pathway, it is legally classified as an administrative opinion.
- Independent Counsel Mandate: Clients with complex legal histories, those facing criminal inadmissibility, or those requiring intricate cross-border tax planning must consult a licensed, registered attorney (e.g., a Canadian lawyer, US corporate attorney, or certified CPA) in their respective jurisdiction.
- Absolute Separation from Sovereign Authorities & Government Agencies: Bizoso Consulta is a 100% independent, private corporate entity. We operate entirely outside of the sovereign government apparatus.
- No "Insider" Influence: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or acting as authorized agents for the Government of Canada (including IRCC or the CRA), the United States Government (including USCIS or the IRS), the United Kingdom Government (including UKVI or Companies House), or any other sovereign border or revenue agency.
- No Expedited Backdoors: The Client explicitly acknowledges that Bizoso Consulta possesses absolutely zero "inside influence," special access, or back-channel ability to alter, expedite, or bypass standard government processing times (outside of purchasing standard, publicly available government priority processing fees on the Client's behalf).
- Final Authority Rests with the State: When Bizoso Consulta submits an application, corporate registration, or eVisa request on your behalf, we are acting as your administrative proxy. The ultimate authority to approve, delay, audit, or deny any application rests exclusively with the evaluating government officer. Bizoso Consulta assumes zero liability for the independent, sovereign decisions made by these federal authorities.
2. SCOPE OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANCE ONLY (THE "FEE-FOR-LABOR" MODEL)
Bizoso Consulta operates exclusively on a "Fee-For-Labor" commercial model. The Client explicitly acknowledges that they are paying exclusively for our administrative time, digital infrastructure, document compilation, and data-entry expertise. We offer absolutely no approval guarantees, surety, or contingent outcomes.
- Strictly Administrative Labor & Sovereign Authority: We act solely as administrative proxies and document facilitators. Our professional obligation to the Client is legally fulfilled the moment we compile, format, and successfully submit the required application or registration to the relevant authority.
- Zero Sovereign Influence: The ultimate decision to approve, delay, audit, or deny any application rests 100% with the evaluating sovereign government, border agency, or corporate registry.
- Labor Cannot Be Erased: A government refusal or rejection does not constitute a failure of our administrative labor. Because the hours spent preparing the file cannot be recovered, a negative government outcome does not entitle the Client to a refund.
- Corporate Formation (Canada, USA, UK) & Post-Incorporation Liability: Bizoso Consulta provides administrative filing services to incorporate or register business entities across international jurisdictions.
- Limited Scope of Registration: Our labor is strictly limited to populating the required state, provincial, or federal registry forms (e.g., Articles of Incorporation) based exclusively on the data the Client provides.
- Total Client Liability: We do not monitor your business operations. The Client assumes absolute and total liability for the future legal operations of the formed entity. Bizoso Consulta takes zero responsibility for the Client's failure to file Annual Returns, meet statutory compliance deadlines, pay corporate taxes (to the CRA, IRS, or HMRC), or maintain proper business licenses.
- eTA & eVisa Processing (Data-Entry & Border Sovereignty): We provide premium data-entry, profile review, and application management services for international travelers seeking electronic travel authorizations.
- No VIP Access: We possess zero influence over border control agencies (e.g., CBSA, CBP, UK Border Force) and cannot bypass their security protocols or background checks.
- Assumption of Travel Risk: Visa refusals, excessive processing delays, or being denied physical entry at an airport border checkpoint are sovereign acts entirely beyond our control. The Client assumes all financial risk for booking flights or accommodations prior to receiving a confirmed, approved visa.
- Licenses & Permits (Underlying Client Qualifications): For clients seeking municipal or federal business licenses, our team conducts the administrative research, compiles the necessary paperwork, and executes the formal filing.
- Client's Burden of Proof: The Client remains solely and entirely responsible for actually possessing the underlying physical or educational qualifications required by the issuing authority.
- Failure to Meet Code: If a municipality denies a business permit because the Client failed a health inspection, violated local zoning laws, or lacked proper safety certifications, Bizoso Consulta's administrative service fee remains fully earned and non-refundable.
- ATIP & FOI Requests (Information Access & State Redactions): We act as your authorized administrative proxy to submit Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) or Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to government departments.
- Administrative Filing Fee: The Client is paying for the labor of preparing the legal request, managing the consent forms, and tracking the submission.
- Government Delays & Censorship: We possess zero control over statutory government processing timelines (which are frequently extended by the state). Furthermore, Bizoso Consulta is not responsible if the government releases documents that are heavily redacted (blacked out) or if the state claims no records exist.
3. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & EXTERNAL LIABILITY WAIVER
To provide comprehensive global corporate solutions, Bizoso Consulta actively coordinates with independent, third-party vendors, professionals, and service providers. The Client explicitly acknowledges that Bizoso Consulta acts strictly as an administrative facilitator—a middleman—for these specific services. We do not accept, and legally disclaim, any liability for the independent business operations, negligence, or failures of these external entities.
- Registered Agents (RA) & Statutory Compliance: In jurisdictions where a statutory Registered Agent is required by law (e.g., US states, Canadian provinces, the UK), Bizoso Consulta facilitates the acquisition of this service by coordinating with trusted, independent third-party RA networks.
- No Direct Provision: Bizoso Consulta does not act as your legal Registered Agent, nor do we physically own, operate, or staff the buildings utilized as your statutory registered address.
- Transfer of Liability: Our administrative labor is strictly limited to processing the initial setup and registration of the RA on your behalf. Once the RA service is activated, the ongoing legal relationship, statutory compliance, and operational reliability are strictly between the Client and the third-party RA facility.
- Service of Process & Default Judgments: If your third-party RA fails to forward a legal notice, loses a government compliance letter, or fails to notify you of a lawsuit (Service of Process), Bizoso Consulta assumes absolute zero liability. Any resulting legal penalties, corporate dissolution, or default judgments levied against your company are entirely the responsibility of the Client and the third-party RA.
- Virtual Office & Mail Forwarding Facilities: For clients purchasing Virtual Address or mail forwarding services, Bizoso Consulta facilitates the lease agreement with third-party commercial real estate providers.
- Operational Failures: We take no responsibility for the day-to-day operations of these facilities. If the third-party facility loses your physical mail, experiences a security breach, suffers a fire, or goes out of business, Bizoso Consulta is completely shielded from any financial liability or claims of lost business revenue.
- Independent Legal Counsel & Lawyer Referrals: If a Client’s corporate or immigration case requires formal legal representation, complex tax structuring, or specialized legal review, Bizoso Consulta may facilitate an appointment with an independent, licensed attorney.
- Absolute Independence: Any attorney referred by, or booked through, Bizoso Consulta is an entirely independent contractor. They are not employees, partners, or agents of Bizoso Consulta. We do not engage in unauthorized fee-splitting or the unauthorized practice of law.
- Facilitation Fee Scope: The Client acknowledges that any "Lawyer Appointment Fee" paid to Bizoso Consulta is strictly an administrative sourcing and scheduling fee. It is fully earned the moment the appointment is booked and is 100% non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client decides to retain the lawyer.
- Malpractice & Advice Waiver: The Client forms a direct, exclusive attorney-client relationship with the independent lawyer. Bizoso Consulta assumes zero responsibility for the legal advice provided, the outcome of the lawyer's representation, instances of legal malpractice, or the subsequent billing and retainer practices of that independent law firm.
- External Payment Gateways & Couriers: Bizoso Consulta utilizes third-party digital infrastructure (such as Stripe, PayPal, or institutional banks) and international couriers (such as FedEx or DHL). The Company is not liable for delayed physical shipments, lost passports in transit via third-party couriers, or temporary financial lockouts caused by the security protocols of third-party banking gateways.
4. ABSOLUTE NO-REFUND & NO-RETURN POLICY (THE DIGITAL LABOR MODEL)
Bizoso Consulta operates strictly on a digital labor expenditure model. The Client is purchasing our administrative time, proprietary CRM infrastructure, and consulting expertise. We do not sell physical goods, nor do we sell guaranteed visas or corporate approvals. Because our time and digital resources cannot be un-worked, un-allocated, or returned, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
- The Immediate Expenditure of Digital Labor: The Client explicitly acknowledges that the professional facilitation fee is fully earned the moment the payment is cleared and the digital case file is opened.
- Instant Resource Allocation: Upon payment, Bizoso Consulta immediately expends non-recoverable resources. This includes the allocation of secure CRM server space, the generation of digital cryptographic logs, the assignment of a dedicated administrative case manager, and the initiation of initial profile compliance reviews.
- No "Buyer's Remorse": Because this digital infrastructure and administrative triage are triggered instantly, the Client legally concedes that they cannot demand a refund by claiming "no work has been done yet" simply because the final document has not yet been submitted to the government.
- Sovereign Rejections & Unrecoverable Third-Party Fees: Our administrative fee covers the preparation of your file; it does not buy a positive government outcome.
- Government Decisions: If a sovereign government (e.g., IRCC, USCIS) rejects your business formation, refuses your eVisa, or denies your permit, this sovereign decision does not erase, invalidate, or reverse the hours of professional labor our staff dedicated to formatting and reviewing your file.
- Third-Party Disbursements: In many cases, Bizoso Consulta remits payments to third parties on the Client's behalf (such as non-refundable government filing fees, state registry costs, or Registered Agent retainers). Bizoso Consulta cannot and will not refund money that has already been legally transferred to a government treasury or an independent third-party vendor.
- Client-Initiated Abandonment & Case Delays: Bizoso Consulta is not responsible for a Client's inability or unwillingness to complete their application.
- Failure to Provide Documents: If the Client fails to provide the required documentation, ignores communication from their case manager, or decides they "no longer want to proceed" after payment has been remitted, the case will be classified as Client-Initiated Abandonment.
- Forfeiture of Funds: A Client changing their mind does not entitle them to a refund for the server space reserved and the administrative time already spent attempting to manage their file. All funds will be permanently forfeited.
- "Friendly Fraud," Chargebacks, & Liquidated Damages: Bizoso Consulta fiercely protects its merchant accounts and aggressively defends against "Friendly Fraud" (when a client pays for a service, receives a government refusal, and then maliciously tells their bank the charge was unauthorized or the service was not provided).
- Material Breach: Attempting to bypass our strict non-refundability policy by initiating a credit card chargeback, PayPal dispute, or bank reversal constitutes a severe, uncurable material breach of this corporate agreement.
- Liquidated Damages: Upon the initiation of a bank dispute, all funds cleared to date will be permanently classified and retained as pre-agreed "Liquidated Damages." The Client legally agrees that this is not an unjust penalty, but rather a fair, pre-calculated compensation for the financial harm, administrative disruption, and labor costs Bizoso Consulta incurs while fighting the dispute.
- Evidentiary Defense: Bizoso Consulta will immediately submit the Client’s digital audit trail—including their CECA-compliant electronic signature, IP login history, uploaded documents, and timestamped communications—directly to the merchant bank or credit card issuer to win the dispute and prove the Client committed chargeback fraud.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & STRICT ANTI-FRAUD PROTOCOLS
Bizoso Consulta operates as a secure administrative shield for honest clients and a trap for bad actors. We operate under strict corporate compliance frameworks. We do not cover up crimes, we do not launder money, and we do not protect individuals attempting to defraud sovereign governments.
- The Burden of Absolute Accuracy & Truthfulness: Bizoso Consulta processes applications based strictly and exclusively on the information, documents, and data the Client uploads to our secure portal. We are an administrative firm, not a private investigative agency.
- Total Client Liability: The Client is solely, wholly, and legally responsible for ensuring that every piece of information, passport scan, bank statement, tax record, and corporate detail provided is 100% authentic, accurate, and truthful.
- Liability for Misrepresentation: The Client explicitly acknowledges that sovereign governments treat "Misrepresentation" (lying or withholding material facts) as a severe immigration and corporate offense, often resulting in multi-year or lifetime bans. If an application is rejected or penalized due to the Client's misrepresentation, omitted history, or fabricated data, the Client assumes total legal and financial liability. Bizoso Consulta assumes zero responsibility for government penalties levied against the Client.
- AML Compliance & The Strict No-Cash Mandate: Bizoso Consulta is legally bound by rigorous international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, including the guidelines set forth by FINTRAC (Canada), FinCEN (USA), and the NCA (UK).
- 100% Cashless Infrastructure: To prevent the facilitation of financial crimes, all payments remitted to Bizoso Consulta must be processed via traceable, secure digital channels (e.g., Corporate Credit/Debit Gateways, Bank Wire Transfers, Institutional Electronic Funds Transfers). We do not accept physical cash.
- Third-Party Payment Prohibition: The name on the remitting bank account or credit card must match the Client’s registered portal identity or their verified corporate entity. Bizoso Consulta reserves the right to reject, freeze, or refund unauthorized third-party payments or anonymous electronic transfers to protect our merchant infrastructure from money laundering liabilities.
- The "Fraud Exception" to Data Privacy: Bizoso Consulta explicitly declares that data confidentiality and privacy protections (under PIPEDA or international privacy laws) are fundamental rights strictly reserved for lawful, honest clients.
- Voidance of Privacy: If our internal compliance team detects that a Client has uploaded forged bank statements, photoshopped government IDs, fabricated academic degrees, or utilized stolen financial data, the Client’s right to data privacy is immediately, irrevocably, and permanently voided.
- Zero-Tolerance Forgery & Law Enforcement Escalation: Attempting to utilize Bizoso Consulta's corporate brand to launder fake documents or execute identity fraud constitutes the most severe material breach of this agreement.
- Instant Contract Severance: Upon the detection of fraudulent material, the Client’s case file will be instantly terminated, portal access will be permanently locked, and 100% of all professional fees paid to date will be permanently forfeited as Liquidated Damages. We do not issue refunds to individuals attempting to commit fraud.
- The Law Enforcement Handoff: Bizoso Consulta will unconditionally preserve the Client’s complete digital audit trail—including their IP login logs, device fingerprints, unredacted forged documents, and timestamped uploads. We will proactively package this evidence and surrender it directly to federal law enforcement agencies (such as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the FBI, or UK Border Force) to protect our corporate integrity.
6. BINDING DIGITAL EXECUTION & NON-REPUDIATION (CECA & CANADA EVIDENCE ACT)
Bizoso Consulta operates a 100% secure, paperless digital infrastructure designed to facilitate seamless global transactions. To achieve this, we rely on established Canadian electronic commerce laws. The Client explicitly acknowledges that physical, handwritten signatures are obsolete and completely unnecessary for the execution of this corporate agreement.
- Absolute Legal Equivalency & Clickwrap Execution (CECA): Pursuant to the Canadian Electronic Commerce Act (CECA) and equivalent international frameworks (such as the US ESIGN Act), electronic records and digital signatures are granted absolute legal recognition and enforceability.
- Mechanisms of Consent: The Client legally concedes that performing any of the following digital actions carries the exact same validity, enforceability, and binding legal weight as a traditional "wet-ink" physical signature:
- Clicking an "I Agree," "Submit," or "Accept" button within the portal (Clickwrap Agreement).
- Checking a mandatory digital consent box prior to uploading a document.
- Typing a legal name into a designated electronic signature field.
- Financial Execution: The physical act of entering credit card details or remitting a digital wire transfer to pay a Bizoso Consulta invoice. Payment constitutes absolute, irrevocable consent to the terms attached to that invoice.
- The Digital Audit Trail & Evidentiary Standard (Canada Evidence Act): Bizoso Consulta does not rely on trust to enforce its contracts; we rely on cryptographic evidence. We deploy strict tracking protocols to enforce "Non-Repudiation" (preventing a Client from falsely claiming they did not sign the contract).
- Unalterable Metadata Capture: The precise moment a Client executes digital consent, our proprietary CRM system permanently captures and locks the Client’s exact metadata. This includes their Public IP Address, geographic location data, device footprint (Browser/OS type), and a highly precise cryptographic UTC timestamp.
- Admissibility in Court: Under the Canada Evidence Act, the Client formally acknowledges and concedes that this CRM-generated digital audit trail is fully admissible in any provincial or federal court of law, tribunal, or banking dispute center as primary, unalterable evidence of their electronic execution.
- Waiver of the "No Physical Signature" Defense: To prevent frivolous litigation and malicious chargeback attempts, the Client explicitly and irrevocably waives any legal right to challenge the validity, existence, or enforceability of this Master Terms of Service, any corresponding invoice, or any corporate policy on the sole ground that it was generated, communicated, agreed upon, or executed electronically rather than on physical paper.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION (THE FINANCIAL SHIELD PROTOCOL)
Bizoso Consulta operates as a high-volume administrative processing firm. While we strive for absolute precision in our documentation, the Client legally acknowledges that our financial exposure must be strictly proportionate to the administrative fees we charge. We completely disclaim liability for external, indirect, or cascading financial losses.
- Absolute Cap on Financial Liability (The Service Fee Limit): To the absolute maximum extent permitted by Canadian corporate law, Bizoso Consulta, its parent companies, directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be held financially liable for any delays, rejections, or administrative errors beyond the strict value of our labor.
- The Liability Ceiling: In the highly unlikely event that Bizoso Consulta is found directly and legally liable by a competent court of jurisdiction for a critical administrative error, gross negligence, or breach of contract, our total aggregate financial liability shall never exceed the exact, specific professional service fee the Client paid to us for that singular, disputed transaction.
- Exclusion of Third-Party Disbursements: This liability cap explicitly excludes any funds that Bizoso Consulta remitted to third parties on the Client's behalf (e.g., non-refundable government filing fees, state registry costs, or lawyer retainers). We will not refund or reimburse government fees.
- Complete Waiver of Consequential & Indirect Damages: The Client explicitly and irrevocably waives the right to seek, claim, or sue Bizoso Consulta for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital infrastructure or administrative services.
- Real-World Examples of Waived Damages: The Client legally concedes that Bizoso Consulta is absolutely not responsible for reimbursing:
- Travel Losses: Non-refundable airline tickets, hotel bookings, or vacation packages lost due to a delayed or refused eVisa/eTA.
- Business Losses: Lost prospective income, voided corporate contracts, or delayed market entry due to a rejected or delayed business formation or permit application.
- Legal & Regulatory Penalties: Fines levied by the CRA, IRS, or HMRC for failing to file corporate taxes on time, or penalties from municipalities for operating a business without the proper finalized permit.
- Client Indemnification (The "Hold Harmless" Mandate): The Client agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Bizoso Consulta completely harmless from any and all legal claims, government audits, third-party lawsuits, damages, liabilities, and attorney fees that arise directly or indirectly from the Client's own actions, omissions, or misrepresentations.
- Post-Formation Corporate Conduct: If Bizoso Consulta forms a Canadian, US, or UK corporate entity on behalf of the Client, and the Client subsequently uses that entity to engage in fraud, money laundering, copyright infringement, or breach of contract, the Client assumes 100% of the legal liability. Bizoso Consulta cannot be named as a co-defendant for the independent actions of a company we merely administrated the registration for.
- Immigration & Travel Violations: If Bizoso Consulta facilitates a travel authorization, and the Client subsequently overstays their visa, works illegally without authorization, or violates the destination country’s immigration statutes, the Client is solely responsible for any resulting detention, deportation costs, or legal bans.
- Defense Costs: If Bizoso Consulta is dragged into a lawsuit, regulatory investigation, or border dispute caused by the Client’s illegal actions or forged documents, the Client is legally obligated to cover 100% of Bizoso Consulta’s resulting legal defense costs and attorney fees.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY MEDIATION & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION
Bizoso Consulta is committed to fair, transparent, and evidence-based conflict resolution. However, to prevent frivolous litigation and premature financial escalation, the Client is legally bound to adhere to a strict internal dispute framework before initiating any external legal, regulatory, or financial action.
- The Mandatory 30-Day "Table Talks" Framework: In the event of any grievance, operational dispute, or perceived deficiency in service, the Client must formally initiate a dispute by opening a designated, tracked support ticket within the secure CRM portal.
- The 30-Day Freeze: Upon receipt of the formal ticket, both parties are legally bound to a strict thirty (30) day internal mediation and investigation period ("Table Talks"). During this time, Bizoso Consulta management will audit the digital logs, review the case manager's communications, and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
- Prohibition of Hostile Action: The Client is strictly and legally prohibited from filing civil lawsuits, reporting the Company to consumer protection agencies, launching public smear campaigns, or initiating credit card chargebacks while this 30-day investigative framework is active.
- Penalty for Bypassing Mediation: If the Client ignores this mandate and immediately files a bank chargeback or lawsuit without completing the 30-day Table Talks, the Client legally concedes that they are acting in "bad faith." This constitutes an immediate material breach of contract, allowing Bizoso Consulta to instantly terminate the relationship, retain all funds as Liquidated Damages, and use this contract to have the Client's premature legal or financial claims summarily dismissed.
- Governing Law (The Ontario Standard): Regardless of where the Client resides globally, where their business is being formed, or where their digital payment originated, this Master Terms of Service, and all associated corporate agreements, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed entirely in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
- Exclusive Venue & Territorial Jurisdiction (The "Home Turf" Clause): To prevent Clients from filing harassing lawsuits in remote international jurisdictions, the Client explicitly agrees to a strict choice-of-forum clause.
- Exclusive Toronto Jurisdiction: If, and only if, a dispute remains completely unresolved after the strict expiration of the 30-day internal mediation timeframe, the Client irrevocably concedes that any subsequent civil litigation, regulatory lawsuit, or arbitration proceeding must be filed, heard, and resolved exclusively within the competent provincial or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Waiver of International Courts: The Client explicitly, unconditionally, and legally waives any right to initiate legal proceedings against Bizoso Consulta in their home state, home province, or home country (including courts within the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or elsewhere).
- Waiver of Inconvenient Forum: The Client formally waives any legal defense or objection that the courts of Toronto, Ontario represent an "inconvenient forum" (Forum Non Conveniens) for resolving the dispute. If an international Client wishes to sue Bizoso Consulta Canada, they legally concede that they must travel to, or retain legal counsel within, the jurisdiction of Toronto.
9. ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR VISA MISUSE, ASYLUM FRAUD & IMMIGRATION VIOLATIONS
Bizoso Consulta operates strictly to facilitate lawful administrative services for legitimate business professionals and genuine travelers. We absolutely do not act as a shield, safe haven, or legal defense for individuals who intend to manipulate sovereign immigration laws, misrepresent their travel intentions, or engage in illegal border activities.
- Misrepresentation of Intent & Asylum Fraud The Client legally concedes that visas obtained with the administrative assistance of Bizoso Consulta (such as Temporary Resident Visas, B1/B2 Visitor Visas, or standard eTAs) must be utilized strictly for their legally authorized, stated purpose.
- The "Trojan Horse" Prohibition: Bizoso Consulta strictly prohibits the use of our services to obtain a temporary visitor visa under false pretenses with the hidden, premeditated intent to enter a sovereign country (such as Canada, the US, or the UK) to file a fraudulent or bad-faith asylum/refugee claim.
- Unauthorized Employment & Overstays: The Client is strictly forbidden from utilizing a Bizoso Consulta-facilitated tourist or visitor visa to enter a country to work illegally, overstay their authorized period of admission, or disappear into the underground economy.
- Absolute Denial of Legal Protection & Support Bizoso Consulta is a corporate documentation firm, not a criminal defense agency.
- No Post-Violation Representation: If a Client misuses their visa, overstays, or is detained by border enforcement (e.g., the Canada Border Services Agency [CBSA], US Immigration and Customs Enforcement [ICE], or UK Border Force), Bizoso Consulta will absolutely not provide legal representation, advocacy, or administrative support. The Client is entirely on their own.
- Voidance of Privacy & Proactive Law Enforcement Cooperation The Client explicitly acknowledges that our Privacy Policy does not protect criminals or immigration violators.
- Unconditional Handoff: If Bizoso Consulta is contacted, subpoenaed, or investigated by sovereign border agencies (such as IRCC, CBSA, or the FBI) regarding a Client who has misused their visa, filed a fraudulent asylum claim, or engaged in human smuggling/trafficking, Bizoso Consulta will fully, unconditionally, and immediately cooperate with the sovereign state.
- Surrender of Digital Evidence: We will proactively surrender the Client’s entire unredacted digital audit trail, original application files, payment records, and IP tracking metadata directly to law enforcement to prove that Bizoso Consulta was not complicit in the Client's immigration fraud.
- Total Client Indemnification for Sovereign Penalties The Client assumes 100% of the legal, financial, and criminal liability for their actions upon crossing a sovereign border. The Client legally agrees to fully indemnify and hold Bizoso Consulta completely harmless against any deportation costs, sovereign fines, or legal investigations resulting from their decision to violate the immigration laws of the destination country.
