1. ABSOLUTE CORPORATE MANDATE (ZERO-TOLERANCE)
Bizoso Consulta Canada is a premium administrative and corporate facilitation firm. We operate as an impenetrable barrier against financial crimes. This Master AML Policy establishes our unyielding commitment to preventing our digital infrastructure, corporate formation services, and payment gateways from being utilized to launder illicit funds, evade sovereign taxes, or finance terrorism. Compliance with this policy is absolute and non-negotiable for all clients, employees, and third-party vendors.
2. THE 100% CASHLESS INFRASTRUCTURE RULE
To completely eliminate the risk of physical money laundering, Bizoso Consulta operates a heavily restricted financial architecture.
- Absolute Prohibition of Physical Cash: Bizoso Consulta strictly and categorically refuses to accept physical cash, money orders, or untraceable bearer instruments under any circumstances.
- Mandatory Traceability: All professional facilitation fees must be remitted exclusively via highly traceable, secure digital channels (e.g., Tier-1 Institutional Bank Wire Transfers, SWIFT, or authorized Corporate Credit Gateways like Stripe).
- Third-Party Payment Rejection: The name on the remitting bank account or credit card must exactly match the Client’s verified digital portal identity. Unexplained third-party wire transfers will be instantly frozen, rejected, and investigated.
3. AGGRESSIVE "KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER" (KYC) VERIFICATION
Bizoso Consulta does not permit anonymous transactions or hidden beneficial ownership. Before any administrative labor commences, the Client must pass a rigorous identity verification process.
- Individual Clients: Must provide unexpired, government-issued biometric photo identification (e.g., Passport) and a verified proof of residential address.
- Corporate Clients & UBOs: We require fully certified Articles of Incorporation, active Business Licenses, and the mandatory, unredacted identification of all Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) who control 25% or more of the corporate entity.
- Right of Refusal: Bizoso Consulta reserves the absolute, unilateral right to refuse service, freeze accounts, and terminate contracts immediately if a Client fails to provide sufficient, verifiable KYC documentation.
4. ENHANCED DUE DILIGENCE (EDD) & GLOBAL SANCTIONS SCREENING
Clients initiating high-value corporate formations or originating from flagged jurisdictions are subject to mandatory Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Global Watchlist Screening: All Client identities and corporate entities are actively cross-referenced against OFAC (USA), UN Security Council, and FINTRAC global sanctions lists.
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs): Clients identified as PEPs, their immediate family members, or close associates must explicitly declare their status and provide verified, audited proof regarding the legitimate source of their funds and personal wealth.
5. MANDATORY FINTRAC REPORTING & THE "NO TIPPING OFF" RULE
Bizoso Consulta complies strictly with federal reporting obligations under the PCMLTFA. We do not shield criminals.
- Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs): If a Client attempts to obscure the origin of their funds, utilizes multiple conflicting credit cards, or engages in transaction patterns indicative of money laundering or chargeback fraud, our Compliance Officer will immediately and silently file a Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) directly with FINTRAC and the RCMP.
- The "No Tipping Off" Legal Mandate: Under Canadian federal law, Bizoso Consulta employees are strictly prohibited from informing, warning, or "tipping off" the Client that an STR has been filed or that they are under AML investigation.
- Instant Contract Severance: The moment an STR is filed due to confirmed malicious intent, the Client’s service contract is instantly terminated, and all fees paid to date are permanently forfeited as Liquidated Damages.
6. SEVERANCE FOR FORGERY (THE "FRAUD EXCEPTION")
Attempting to bypass our AML/KYC controls using forged documents constitutes a severe federal crime.
- If our internal auditors detect fabricated bank statements, photoshopped government IDs, or the use of stolen corporate credit data, the Client’s right to data privacy is instantly voided. The forged evidence, alongside the Client's unalterable CRM IP metadata, will be proactively surrendered to federal law enforcement to clear Bizoso Consulta of any complicity.
7. THE 7-YEAR EVIDENTIARY RETENTION SCHEDULE
To ensure absolute legal compliance with federal financial auditors, Bizoso Consulta aggressively retains AML evidence.
- Mandatory Retention: As per our Master Data Retention Policy, all KYC documentation, identity scans, financial transaction metadata, risk assessments, and electronic signatures are securely retained in an encrypted state for exactly seven (7) years following the completion of the transaction, as mandated by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and FINTRAC.
8. INTERNAL COMPLIANCE, AUDITS & EMPLOYEE LIABILITY
Our AML protocols are strictly enforced internally by a designated Corporate Compliance Officer.
- Continuous Auditing: Our CRM payment gateways and client files are subject to continuous, randomized internal audits to detect anomalies.
- Employee Criminal Liability: Any Bizoso Consulta employee, contractor, or managing partner found intentionally bypassing KYC protocols, accepting under-the-table cash, or ignoring red flags will face immediate termination with cause. The Company will proactively refer the rogue employee to Canadian authorities for criminal prosecution.
9. CLIENT INDEMNIFICATION OF LEGAL COSTS
By remitting payment to Bizoso Consulta, the Client legally guarantees that all funds utilized are derived from legitimate, lawful sources.
If a Client’s illicit financial actions, money laundering attempts, or fraudulent chargebacks cause Bizoso Consulta to be subjected to a federal audit, banking investigation, or civil litigation, the Client legally agrees to fully indemnify and hold the Company completely harmless. The Client assumes 100% financial responsibility for all resulting legal defense costs, attorney fees, and corporate damages incurred by Bizoso Consulta.
