1. THE "FACILITATOR ONLY" CORPORATE MANDATE

Bizoso Consulta operates strictly as a premium administrative, B2B facilitation, and corporate management platform spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. Bizoso Consulta is not a law firm, and our internal staff strictly do not practice law. * To ensure absolute statutory compliance, any client requiring formal legal interpretation, immigration strategy, or corporate legal representation will be referred strictly to third-party, licensed legal professionals.

  1. Bizoso Consulta provides the secure digital CRM infrastructure to organize the Client's file and schedule the consultation, but we physically cannot and will not dispense legal advice.

2. INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY REPRESENTATION

The legal professionals accessible through the Bizoso Consulta portal are entirely independent practitioners.

  1. No Agency Relationship: The U.S. Attorneys, Canadian RCICs, and UK Solicitors in our network are independent contractors. They are not employees, partners, or subordinate agents of Bizoso Consulta.
  2. Transfer of Liability: The moment the Client enters the virtual consultation, they form a direct, exclusive professional relationship with that licensed practitioner. All legal advice, strategy, and risk assessments provided are the sole professional liability of the licensed practitioner. Bizoso Consulta completely disclaims 100% of the liability for the legal counsel dispensed during these sessions.

3. STANDARDIZED CONSULTATION FEE STRUCTURE

Bizoso Consulta facilitates the booking and initial payment processing for these independent legal experts. The following baseline rates govern professional consultations facilitated through our digital portal:

Note: These rates strictly cover the professional time of the licensed practitioner for the stated duration. Currency equivalents and applicable state/provincial taxes will be calculated at checkout.

4. STRICT LIMITATIONS OF THE CONSULTATION

Purchasing a consultation does not guarantee a positive legal outcome or long-term representation.

  1. No Implied Retainer: Engaging in a facilitated 30-minute consultation does not automatically establish a long-term legal retainer agreement. If the Client wishes to hire the attorney to manage their entire case post-consultation, a separate, direct retainer agreement must be signed strictly between the Client and the independent law firm.
  2. The "Unviable Case" Reality: If the independent lawyer reviews the Client's profile during the consultation and legally determines the Client does not qualify for the visa, or that their corporate structure is unviable, this does not constitute a "failure of service."

5. FINANCIAL FORFEITURE & ABSOLUTE NO-REFUND RULE

The consultation fee secures a finite block of a licensed professional's schedule.

  1. Immediate Labor Expenditure: The consultation fee is 100% strictly non-refundable the moment the booking is confirmed and calendar time is reserved.
  2. No-Shows & Cancellations: If a Client misses their scheduled virtual consultation, logs in late, or abandons the process, the fee is entirely forfeited as Liquidated Damages to compensate the attorney for their lost billable time.
  3. Unhappiness with Legal Advice: Bizoso Consulta categorically will not issue refunds if a Client is "unsatisfied" with the lawyer's legal opinion, or if the lawyer refuses to take their case due to legal inadmissibility.

6. SOVEREIGN NON-AFFILIATION & ABSOLUTE INDEPENDENCE

Bizoso Consulta, alongside our network of independent legal professionals, operates strictly in the private sector.

  1. No Government Status: We are not a government agency. We possess zero affiliation, endorsement, "special access," or partnerships with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the UK Home Office, or any other sovereign state authority.
  2. Final Sovereign Authority: While the independent attorney will provide lawful strategy and Bizoso Consulta will provide rigorous document preparation, the final decision to approve, audit, or deny any application rests 100% with the evaluating government officer.

7. THE FRAUD EXCEPTION & COMPLIANCE MANDATE

Bizoso Consulta and our independent legal network facilitate services exclusively through lawful, official government channels.

  1. Zero Tolerance for Misrepresentation: We do not, and will not, assist with fraudulent applications, "backdoor" pathways, or the circumvention of federal immigration or corporate statutes.
  2. Law Enforcement Escalation: If the assigned legal professional or Bizoso Consulta's compliance team detects that a Client has uploaded forged documents, fabricated financial data, or utilized a stolen identity, the consultation will be instantly terminated without a refund. Under our "Fraud Exception," all digital evidence will be unconditionally surrendered to federal law enforcement (e.g., the RCMP, FBI, or NCA) to protect our corporate and legal network's integrity.
