Regulatory Framework: Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA); Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA/FINTRAC); Canadian Electronic Commerce Act (CECA); Canada Evidence Act.

1. CORPORATE MANDATE & CONDITIONAL PRIVACY

Bizoso Consulta Canada is engineered upon a foundation of absolute data integrity. This policy outlines the uncompromising technical and legal protocols we deploy to secure the digital identities, financial records, and administrative files of our lawful clients.

  1. The Honest Client Mandate: Bizoso Consulta explicitly declares that our bank-grade data security, CRM encryption, and strict confidentiality protocols are fundamental rights strictly reserved for honest, lawful applicants. If a Client utilizes our infrastructure to transmit forged documents, commit identity fraud, or engage in malicious credit card chargebacks, their right to data privacy is immediately, irrevocably, and permanently voided.

2. SCOPE OF DATA ACQUISITION & THE METADATA TRAIL

To execute our premium administrative services and satisfy Canadian and international compliance regulations, Bizoso Consulta collects strictly necessary data points. By utilizing our portal, the Client consents to the secure collection of:

  1. Identity & Financial Architecture: Government-issued identification (Passports/IDs), financial transit logs, verified bank statements, and corporate tax records required for business formations or visa processing.
  2. The Digital Audit Framework (Canada Evidence Act): We do not offer or support digital anonymity. Our CRM permanently captures the Client’s exact Public IP address, browser fingerprint, geographic location, and precise cryptographic timestamps for every login, document upload, and electronic signature. Under the Canada Evidence Act, this unalterable metadata serves as primary, court-admissible legal evidence of the Client’s actions within the portal.

3. ZERO-COMPROMISE DATA ENCRYPTION & STORAGE

Bizoso Consulta does not store vulnerable data on local, unencrypted hard drives or compromised networks.

  1. Cryptographic Storage: All Client data, including identity scans and financial records, is encrypted continuously both in transit (via TLS 1.3/SSL protocols) and at rest within our secure CRM architecture.
  2. Strict Access Controls & MFA: Client data is completely segregated. Access is granted to Bizoso Consulta employees strictly on a verified "Need-to-Know" basis. All corporate staff are locked behind mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and are subject to continuous internal activity auditing.

4. THE "FRAUD EXCEPTION" & LAW ENFORCEMENT ESCALATION

Bizoso Consulta will not act as a secure digital vault for illicit activity, forgery, or money laundering. We actively police our systems for electronic fraud.

  1. Mandatory Internal Reporting: If our compliance auditors detect the upload of fabricated bank statements, forged educational degrees, tampered identification, or the use of stolen financial data, the Client's account is instantly locked and terminated.
  2. Proactive Evidence Handoff: In such events, the Company is legally authorized to proactively package the Client's unredacted documents, alongside their CRM IP tracking logs, and submit a formal fraud complaint directly to federal law enforcement, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the FBI, or border control fraud prevention units.

5. CONDITIONAL CLIENT RIGHTS & THE "LEGAL HOLD"

While we adhere to the privacy standards set forth by PIPEDA, client data rights are subject to strict legal and evidentiary limitations.

  1. Right to Access & Correction: Lawful clients may request a copy of their data or correct inaccuracies via a formal CRM support ticket.
  2. Denial of the "Right to Erasure" (Anti-Spoilation): The Client legally concedes that they cannot demand the deletion of their account or data to destroy evidence. If a Client’s file is currently under investigation for document forgery, subject to an unpaid invoice, or involved in an active bank chargeback dispute, the data will be placed on an indefinite "Legal Hold." Bizoso Consulta will absolutely deny deletion requests under these circumstances to preserve statutory evidence.

6. STATUTORY PURGE PROTOCOL (THE 90-DAY CYCLE)

Bizoso Consulta is an administrative processing firm, not a permanent cloud storage provider. We mitigate cyber risks through aggressive, scheduled data destruction.

  1. The 90-Day Purge: Exactly ninety (90) days after a Client's case reaches a final corporate conclusion (e.g., successful entity registration, visa decision, or contract abandonment), our servers will permanently and irreversibly purge all uploaded application files and identity scans, unless a Legal Hold has been activated.
  2. The 7-Year CRA Mandate: As per our Data Retention Policy, core financial data, invoices, and electronic signatures are retained for exactly seven (7) years to comply with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and FINTRAC tax and AML audits.

7. STRICT PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & ANTI-BRIBERY MANDATE

To protect Client data, prevent unauthorized guarantees, and enforce absolute financial transparency, Bizoso Consulta maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding informal staff-client interactions.

  1. Absolute Prohibition of Off-Site Meetings: Bizoso Consulta employees are strictly prohibited from meeting clients, accepting physical documents, or discussing case files in private, off-site, or informal settings (e.g., cafes, private residences, unauthorized locations) without prior, explicit written authorization from the Board of Directors.
  2. The No-Cash Protocol (FINTRAC Compliance): As per our strict AML obligations, no employee or contractor is authorized to accept physical cash for services. All financial transactions must flow exclusively through the encrypted www.bizoso.ca portal or authorized corporate bank accounts.
  3. Client Complicity & Contract Termination: If a Client attempts to bypass our secure portal by handing cash or physical documents to an employee off-site, the Client's service contract will be immediately terminated for attempting to induce corporate bribery or bypass AML controls. This will result in a 100% forfeiture of all fees paid as Liquidated Damages.

8. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & EXTERNAL COMPLIANCE

  1. Authorized Sharing: Data is only shared with verified third-party vendors (e.g., Registered Agents, digital payment processors like Stripe, or independent legal counsel) strictly when necessary to execute the Client’s requested service.
  2. Vendor NDAs: All third-party corporate partners are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and are required to maintain data security standards equivalent to or exceeding PIPEDA regulations.

9. INCIDENT RESPONSE & BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the highly unlikely event of a systemic data breach or unauthorized external intrusion bypassing our firewalls, Bizoso Consulta maintains a strict incident response protocol.

  1. Rapid Containment: The compromised digital sector will be instantly isolated and secured.
  2. Transparent Notification: Affected clients will be notified promptly via their registered email addresses, detailing the scope of the breach and providing immediate mitigation steps they should take to secure their external accounts.
  3. "While Bizoso Consulta deploys maximum-security cryptographic safeguards, the Client explicitly acknowledges that no digital architecture globally is completely impenetrable, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity against sophisticated, unforeseeable cyber intrusions."

10. POLICY AMENDMENTS & BINDING ENFORCEMENT

  1. Bizoso Consulta reserves the absolute right to update or amend this Data Security Policy to remain compliant with evolving Canadian and international cyber laws.
  2. By executing an electronic signature, remitting payment, or uploading a document to our secure servers, the Client acknowledges their total understanding and binding, irrevocable acceptance of these security and compliance protocols.
