1. CORPORATE MANDATE: THE "ZERO-CREDIT" OPERATIONAL MODEL

Bizoso Consulta Canada operates strictly on a "Pre-Paid Digital Labor" model. Our professional expertise, CRM infrastructure, and administrative resources are high-value corporate assets. We do not extend credit, we do not offer "payment-on-delivery," and we do not initiate labor based on promises of future remittance.

  1. The "Paid" Status Prerequisite: No service, consultation, case review, or document preparation will commence until the respective invoice is paid in full and the internal CRM status is verified as "Paid." * Automatic Queue Suspension: Any delay in payment results in an immediate, automatic suspension of all administrative workflows. Bizoso Consulta assumes zero liability for missed government deadlines or expired filing windows caused by a Client’s payment delinquency.

2. ACTUARIAL RISK ASSESSMENT & HIGH-RISK JURISDICTIONS

To maintain operational security and protect our revenue from historical patterns of financial default, Bizoso Consulta classifies specific geographic regions and demographics as "High-Risk Jurisdictions." Due to a consistent, documented history of unresolved invoices, partial payments, and malicious defaults, mandatory 100% upfront payment is required for all individuals and entities originating from or residing in the following areas:

Jurisdiction (Pakistan) Classification Risk Justification
Lahore High-Risk Default Zone Documented history of unresolved balances and material payment delays.
Gujrat High-Risk Default Zone Consistent pattern of partial payments and incomplete financial settlements.
Sheikhupura Extreme-Risk Zone Recurring instances of total non-payment and failed collection attempts.
Mandi Bahauddin Operational Risk Zone Significant administrative strain caused by excessive payment follow-ups.
Gujranwala Strict Pre-Payment Zone Historical data indicates high rates of service theft and non-remittance.
  1. Non-Pakistani Residents in Pakistan (Enhanced EDD): Non-residents, specifically Afghan Citizens residing within Pakistan, are classified as High-Risk Demographics under our AML/KYC framework. Due to recurring cross-border financial discrepancies and payment instability, 100% verified pre-payment is mandatory before any consultation or file opening.

3. THE "NO EXCEPTIONS" ENFORCEMENT MANDATE

This Risk Mitigation Policy is absolute and non-negotiable.

  1. Threshold of Interaction: For clients in the aforementioned high-risk categories, Bizoso Consulta staff are strictly prohibited from entertaining inquiries, providing case manager time, or reviewing documents until a payment is confirmed.
  2. Termination for Negotiation: Any attempt to negotiate "post-dated payments" or "service-first" terms will be treated as a material breach of our corporate integrity standards, resulting in the immediate closure of the inquiry without further communication.

4. FINANCIAL SECURITY & TRACEABILITY (FINTRAC)

To protect the Company from money laundering and chargeback fraud, all payments must strictly adhere to our Cashless Mandate:

  1. No Physical Cash: We do not accept physical cash, cash-on-delivery, or untraceable money orders.
  2. Digital Audit Trail: Payments must be remitted via authorized, traceable digital gateways (Credit/Debit or Institutional Wire Transfer).
  3. Currency Standards: All invoices are issued in CAD or USD. The Client is solely responsible for any currency conversion fees or intermediary bank charges.

5. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES & CHARGEBACK DEFENSE

Consistent with our Master Refund Policy, all payments made under this protocol are strictly 100% Non-Refundable.

  1. Instant Resource Consumption: The moment a high-risk client pays an invoice, the funds are instantly allocated to CRM server maintenance, KYC auditing, and administrative labor reservation.
  2. Chargeback Prosecution: If a Client from a high-risk zone initiates a malicious chargeback after our labor has commenced, Bizoso Consulta will utilize this signed Payment Policy and the Client’s digital IP audit logs to prosecute the claim through merchant banking authorities and, where necessary, file a formal fraud report with federal authorities.

6. CONCLUSION & BINDING ACCEPTANCE

By remitting payment or requesting an invoice, the Client acknowledges that they have been formally notified of their jurisdiction's risk classification. The Client accepts that Bizoso Consulta is under no obligation to provide time, resources, or advice until the Company’s financial security is guaranteed through a verified "Paid" transaction.
